Maksekeskus MakeCommerce Statement Import for Odoo Accounting adds MakeCommerce by Maksekeskus settlement import and accounting review workflows to Odoo. The addon helps bring MakeCommerce payments, refunds, fees, VAT components, and payouts into Odoo in a controlled review-first format.
The addon does not process checkout payments and does not duplicate MakeCommerce payment provider logic. It reuses the credentials, API logic, and Odoo payment transactions from MakeCommerce Payment Provider, then adds the accounting review workflow around them.
What the addon does
- imports MakeCommerce account statement and fee data into Odoo review records;
- creates import batches and staging lines that can be reviewed before accounting entries are created;
- tries to match imported rows with Odoo MakeCommerce payment transactions;
- supports review of payments, refunds, fees, VAT components, payouts, and adjustments;
- creates bank statement lines only after accounting review;
- adds monthly fee controls to compare imported fee and VAT rows with the Maksekeskus vendor bill.
Typical workflow
- The accountant configures the MakeCommerce clearing journal, vendor, fee settlement account, and optional payout bank reference.
- MakeCommerce statement data for the selected period is imported into Odoo review records.
- The accountant reviews rows, checks links with Odoo payment transactions, and documents exceptions.
- After review, Odoo bank statement lines are created and reconciliation continues in the normal Odoo Accounting workflow.

Before going live
- Maksekeskus MakeCommerce Payment Provider is required;
- a MakeCommerce by Maksekeskus merchant account with settlement data access is required;
- clearing journal, MakeCommerce vendor, fee settlement account, and the accounting review procedure should be configured before use;
- the supported settlement currency is EUR;
- import does not automatically create final accounting entries before accounting review.
What is not included in the module price
The module price is 60 EUR excluding VAT. The price covers the addon usage right. Installation, configuration, testing, MakeCommerce settlement data access preparation, account and journal setup, and accounting workflow configuration can be ordered separately when needed.
