About Esrap

Esrap is a founder-led Odoo partner that helps companies implement, adapt and manage business software with clear scope and a practical way of working.

We focus on situations where existing tools, spreadsheets or separate systems no longer provide enough visibility. At that point, the question is not only new software, but how to connect sales, eCommerce, POS, inventory, invoices, payments, integrations and users’ daily work into one understandable operating model.

Esrap works step by step. We start with what needs to be put in order first, and keep the first stage clear enough to review, test and hand over to users. If standard Odoo does not cover the required workflow, we help assess whether the need is configuration, integration, an existing add-on or custom development.

Esrap’s goal is not to make an ERP project as large as possible. Our goal is to help a company make software decisions that can be implemented sensibly, used in daily work and managed afterwards.

Esrap was founded by Kaspar Sahva in 2026 with the aim of making quality business software and more complex IT solutions more accessible to companies that need a clear, practical and manageable technology partner.

Kaspar has more than 15 years of experience with retail sales systems, POS solutions, complex integrations, business processes, managing people and IT systems, and delivering development projects. This experience helps view software not only as a technical solution, but as part of day-to-day work where users, data, processes and responsibility need to fit together.

Over the years, Kaspar has worked with a wide range of software and workflows. This has shaped an understanding of which business software helps a company grow, which solutions remain manageable later, and when a standard solution, configuration, integration or custom development is needed. ERP software and the partner implementing it are among the most important choices in running a company. Esrap works to be worthy of that trust.

At Esrap, a responsible partner means that the client’s need, project scope, technical delivery and later support do not move anonymously between different parties. Responsibility is clear: Esrap is accountable for its work, and Kaspar is accountable for Esrap being an honest, practical and long-term partner for the client.

What We Do Not Do

We do not start an undefined development project before the workflow, risks and first stage are understood.

We value a flexible way of working, but with more complex projects, development needs enough analysis beforehand. This helps avoid a situation where the solution becomes too large before it has been thought through clearly.

We do not build standalone developments outside Odoo if they do not support the client’s Odoo workflow or the logic of Esrap’s product portfolio.

We do not unnecessarily lock the client into one service, partner or deployment environment. The solution should remain as understandable, manageable and movable as reasonably possible.

Our Approach

We start from the workflow, not from the technical solution. First, it must be clear which sales, inventory, POS, invoicing or support process Odoo needs to support.

Then we define the first sensible stage. We use Odoo standard functionality and existing add-ons where possible, and add custom development only when it is necessary for the workflow.

Our goal is a solution that can be tested, handed over to users and managed after launch.
