Use your existing Android device as an Odoo POS. To accept SoftPOS card payments on the same device, it must support NFC and meet the payment provider’s requirements. Esrap checks device compatibility.

Yes. The Odoo mobile POS app requires Android 10 or later. To accept SoftPOS card payments on the same device, it must run at least Android 12, support NFC and meet the selected payment provider’s other requirements.
On your own Android device or a SUNMI terminal, you can use SoftPOS from Maksekeskus, Swedbank or SEB. PAX A8900 uses Worldline’s integrated card payment solution, with a payment acceptance agreement through SEB or Maksekeskus.
A complete mobile POS solution starts from €35 per month (excluding VAT). This includes Odoo POS, software hosting and one mobile POS on your Android device.

Yes. You can email receipts to customers or print them using a built-in printer or a compatible external printer.
Yes. The solution works over Wi-Fi, and mobile internet can be added to supported terminals. Odoo POS continues to work during brief connection interruptions and synchronises data when the connection is restored. An internet connection is still required to accept card payments.
There is no Odoo licence fee when using Odoo Community. Esrap’s card payment integrations are licensed as a monthly service, with fees based on the number of mobile POS units in use. Hosting, setup and user support costs depend on the services selected.

- Choose a suitable solution. Place an order through the configurator or send your requirements to Esrap.
- Get ready to sell. Sign a payment services agreement. Esrap sets up your Odoo environment and gives you access so you can add your products and prices.
- Connect your POS and start selling. Download the Esrap POS app to your phone and link it to Odoo using a QR code. We configure POS terminals ordered from Esrap before delivery.

Yes. The merchant signs an agreement with the selected SoftPOS provider or Worldline acquiring partner. Esrap helps you choose a suitable solution and explains how to arrange the agreement.
Yes. You can add POS units, devices, users and other Odoo apps as your business needs grow. The monthly integration fee depends on the number of mobile POS units in use.
