Withdrawal Form
If you are a consumer and wish to withdraw from a purchase made in the Esrap OÜ online store, you can submit a withdrawal request using the form below. After submitting the request, we will send you an email confirmation that we have received it.
If you have access to the customer portal, we recommend starting the withdrawal from the specific order view. You can also find the order link in the order confirmation email.
Before Submitting the Request
Please include the order number or other purchase reference and the products or services you wish to withdraw from. This helps us match the request with the correct order more quickly.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that the return or refund has been accepted. We will review the request and process it in accordance with Esrap OÜ's Sales Terms, Delivery and Returns Terms and applicable law.
Withdrawal Right and Exceptions
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For physical goods, the period is generally calculated from the date the goods are received.
For certain products and services, the right of withdrawal may be limited or unavailable, for example in the case of digital content, a fully performed service, custom-made goods or another exception provided by law.
After Submitting the Request
If the request concerns physical goods, the goods must be returned in accordance with the Delivery and Returns Terms or the instructions provided by Esrap. Refunds are made in accordance with the law and the applicable terms.
