Odoo email signature and Cc/Bcc improvements enhances the Odoo 19 email composer experience: user signatures are placed correctly in replies and forwarded messages, and external emails can include controlled Cc and Bcc recipients.
Functionality
- Places the user signature between the new reply and the quoted thread in Reply All.
- Places the user signature before the forwarded message content in Forward.
- Adds Re: or Fwd: subject prefixes when needed.
- Saves the inserted composer signature into the message body and avoids duplicate server-side signatures.
- Shows Odoo’s standard email signature HTML code-view button without developer mode.
- Adds Cc and Bcc recipient fields to the full email composer.
- Sends Bcc recipients through SMTP without exposing them in visible message headers.
- Removes duplicate recipient emails with priority order To, Cc, Bcc.
- Allows Cc/Bcc suggestions to be limited to related contacts or opened to all contacts.
- Links newly created Cc/Bcc contacts to the related company when the context is clear and logs a traceability note.

The addon is free of charge. GitHub access to the addon source code is provided after the module has been ordered.
Important note
Cc/Bcc support is intended for manually sent external full composer emails. The addon does not add public routes, external services or new user groups.
